How we work

A new lighting system represents a long-term investment for our customers. Our top priority is therefore to meet or exceed our customers' wishes and requirements. In order to achieve this, an open exchange is necessary, as a standardized lighting solution will not work. For this reason, we look at each tennis hall individually and can therefore guarantee the highest possible lighting and service quality. The only thing we have more or less standardized is our way of working. We would like to introduce this to you so that you know what you can expect from us. You do not have to pay anything for our advice; it is of course non-binding and free of charge.

1. Telephone meeting

In an initial phone call, you can describe your current lighting to us and possibly tell us what you expect from us. This way, we can gain important information for the further process and thus reach concrete results more quickly. Information such as current energy requirements or hall capacity utilization will help us to quickly give you answers to the questions that are probably most important to you, such as possible energy cost savings and the payback period.

2. On-site visit

In the second step, we come to visit you in your tennis hall. For us, this is the most important step in the entire process. A successful conversion to LED lighting is only possible if the lighting planner looks at the hall. Any other approach will certainly not lead to a satisfactory result. We will also introduce you to our products to give you a better impression.

3. Measuring the hall

During our on-site appointment, we will also measure your hall. This is necessary in order to be able to create the most accurate model of your tennis hall on the PC. We will also measure the light values of your current lighting. This will enable you to better estimate the light values of our lighting determined in our simulations at a later stage. You can also justify the need to your members not only with energy cost savings, but also with an improvement in the quality of light.

4. Creating a 3D model and lighting variants

We create your hall as a 3D model and use special software to simulate how our products can best illuminate your hall. During this phase, if desired, we can have a lively exchange with you in order to achieve the best possible result. In the past, we have shown that, depending on the customer, there is a very differentiated interest in participating in the development process of individual tennis hall lighting. Both are absolutely fine for us! The customer who would like to have 2 or 3 variants presented to them and for which we should make a specific recommendation, or the customer who would like to see what happens if you add or remove a spotlight and/or mount it at a different angle.

5. Quotation preparation

As soon as we have found one or another lighting option that suits you, we will provide you with a cost estimate. We can have our electrician calculate the cost of installing the lighting, or you can have your electrician carry out the installation. We will be happy to explain to them how the lighting system should be installed and we will also be happy to meet with them on site to avoid any misunderstandings. Your electrician will then provide you with a separate quote.

6. Auditions

We would like to offer you a trial run in one of our reference halls. We will book an hour for you and you can see for yourself how advantageous the light is.

7. Applying for funding

Funding is offered by various sources. The requirements are constantly changing and are sometimes difficult to understand. We would be happy to support you in applying for funding and point you to possible new funding sources.

8. Production and quality assurance of the spotlights in our house

As soon as you have decided on a lighting option and the financing is in place, we can have the LED spotlights manufactured for you. These are assembled in-house and each individual spotlight is checked.

9. Delivery of the spotlights and coordination with electrician

We will deliver the spotlights to you. At the same time, we will meet with the installer at your location. This way, the installer can clarify any outstanding questions directly with us. In our experience, electricians who are lighting a tennis hall for the first time are grateful if you go through the details again and give precise explanations about installation positions and angles.

10. Final measurement and, if necessary, DALI optimization

Once the lighting has been installed, we program the DALI computer to optimize the lighting even further. At the same time, we measure the light values so that you can compare them with the light values of your old lighting system as well as with our simulation. In addition to the energy savings, you can also see the improvement in lighting quality in numbers and communicate this to your members.
